"I wanted Bible study tools, not a full-blown crisis"
I got Logos mainly for the Hebrew and Greek tools, i thought it was going to make studying easier. Instead, I felt like I needed a second degree just to look up one word. Everything seemed to take too many clicks, the layout confused me, and it felt slow enough to test my entire soul. For the price, I expected something way smoother. Maybe it’s amazing if you’re already an expert, but for me it was mostly frustration and mild dramatic despair.

"Too Much Pressure to Buy"
The site itself was okay, but i got annoyed with all the upsells and promo emails after I was just browsing around. I blame them for making it feel more like they were pushing me to buy quickly instead of giving me space to compare options and decide for myself. Not the best experience for me.

I’ve really appreciated how many different traditions and authors are available in logos. It makes it easy to compare perspectives without having to jump all over the place. It’s not perfect, and there are still a few areas where I wish the library felt more complete, but overall the breadth is impressive. Support was straightforward too—basically along the lines of, “we’re always adding more resources and taking feedback into account.” For me, it’s a solid 4-star experience.

"Really useful for studying"
I’ve been using this for my studies and it’s been super handy. There are a couple little things that could be smoother, but actually, it still does what I need and makes studying feel a lot easier.

"Easy logo purchase, no hassle"
I bought a logo from Logos the whole process was smooth. Payment went through without any weird hiccups, and the download link popped up right away. I also liked that I could go back and download the files again later, which was handy. Nothing super complicated to say here, it just worked the way it was supposed to. I’d use them again.

logos was alright overall, but the customer support took way too long to get back to me. I was just waiting on a simple answer and it ended up taking days, which made me a little nervous, like I wasn’t sure if I was being brushed off or if I’d made a mistake trusting the service. It worked out, but the slow replies were frustrating.

"Pretty smooth install, just a little waiting involved"
I got Logos installed without too much trouble, which was a relief. The setup was straightforward, and I didn’t really have to fiddle with anything, always a win. The only thing that threw me off was the update after the install. It took longer than I expected, and I couldn’t really tell how much was left, so I was just kind of sitting there hoping it was still moving along. It did finish fine in the end though, and everything worked like it should afterward. Overall, it was a good experience, just maybe grab a coffee while it updates.

"Feels a Bit Behind the Times"
I’ve been using it for a little while now, mostly in the evenings after work when I’m just trying to get a few things done, and the features feel kind of old. It works, but it doesn’t really feel as updated or modern as I expected compared to other stuff I’ve used recently.

"Helpful, but not perfect"
I’ve found this really useful for going deeper in my Bible study, especially when I want more context or extra resources. That said, I have mixed feelings about it. Sometimes it feels a little confusing to navigate, and the price can be hard to justify. It’s helpful for sure, but I’m not always sure it feels worth the cost.

"Still not totally sure what I paid for"
I subscribed thinking I’d be able to use the logo, but afterward I wasn’t sure if I actually owned it or just had access to it. Maybe I missed something in the details, but it could’ve been explained a lot more clearly.

There’s definitely some good stuff here, and I liked parts of it, but something about it just makes the price feel a little high for what you get.

"I mostly use the Logos app on…"
I mostly use the Logos app on my phone, it’s been smooth. Search is quick, my books open fast, and I like that I can read from just about anywhere. It did take me a little bit to figure out where everything was in the menus, but once I got used to it, it felt easy. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Good search, but I expected a little more"
Search on logos works well most of the time. I can usually find the verse, book, or author I’m looking for without having to dig around too much, and it’s even understood me a few times when my wording wasn’t exact. That part definitely makes browsing less frustrating. I guess I’m just a little disappointed because with how good it is, I expected the overall experience to feel a bit smoother everywhere else too

I mostly use Logos for reading and taking notes, it does a good job of keeping everything organized. It’s been helpful for my study routine, even if it can feel a bit slow at times. That said, after I paid, I did have this slight feeling of distrust, like I wasn’t totally sure what to expect next or whether I’d run into extra costs. Overall it’s useful, but that part made me a little cautious.

I ended up liking Logos overall, but just a heads up: it’s not one of those sites where everything feels obvious right away. It took me a little time to figure out where certain tools were, and I definitely had to click around more than once to find what I needed. Some parts were simple, but others felt a bit confusing at first. Once I got used to it, things went smoother, and I did make a logo I’m happy with. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I think it’s decent. Just don’t expect it to be completely effortless from the start.

"really easy to use once you get going"
i’ve been using Logos for my study time, and it’s been a lot easier than i thought it would be. the layout feels natural, and i’m not wasting a bunch of time trying to figure out where everything is.
the search feature is probably what i like most. it’s quick, and even when i don’t type the exact right phrase, it still usually pulls up what i was looking for.
there’s definitely a lot packed into it, so it took me a little while to get comfortable. but once i got going, it felt smooth, useful, and worth it. i’m really happy with it.

"Sync works great for me"
I use Logos on my laptop, iPad, and my phone, and the sync been really solid. My notes and highlights show up where I need them, most times quick too. It makes it way easier switching between devices, especially when I’m studying while out and about. No real big complaints from me.

I’ve been using Logos in the browser, and overall, it’s been solid. The search feature is really handy, I use it more than I expected, honestly. Some pages do take a bit to load now and then, which can be a little annoying, but... not enough to make me stop using it. I’m still happy with it for the most part

"Refund got sorted out"
I noticed a charge I wasn’t expecting, so I reached out to support. It took a little while to get everything cleared up, but they explained what happened and ended up processing the refund without making it a big ordeal. Would’ve been nicer if it hadn’t happened in the first place, but at least they handled it fairly.
